The Bibliography and the Novel

I suppose in an age where we're accusing some of our best novelists of plagarism, others flash back to their days at school and cite every single work that could have contributed in some small way to their own and include a bibliography. Still, I tend to believe that even an acknowledgments page is a bit much.
