A Bit of Fry and Laurie

Place A Bit of Fry & Laurie in your Netflix queue immediately. I had a "very long wait" before I received the first disc of this fantastic show that features Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie... and it was totally and completely worth it. The sketches are naturally reminiscent of Monty Python (all somewhat bizarre British humor requires the comparison), but they're shorter and simpler... and there's no animation. From the pilot episode, I was hooked as Hugh sang "Mystery" and they discussed the evolution of words that are no longer "lovely English words"... from gay... to poofy... to ass-bandit... dear me.

There's really no need for me to put the next few discs in my queue, though... I'm simply going to buy both seasons.
