This is one of those ideas that seems so obvious... (Note my carefully masked my jealousy that I didn't think of it.)
Sign up to read a book via DailyLit and every day (or every week day or every MWF, depending on your preference), DailyLit will send you a message with about five minutes' worth of reading. If you have a little more time, you can ask them to send you the next selection immediately. Their selection isn't ridiculously extensive, but there are enough classics that you're sure to find something. This way, you could get through War & Peace in 675 parts/days... or Aristotle's Poetics in 19.
Like you were making better progress on those anyway.
